This section lists the various Security Advisories and Errata Notices since
14.0-RELEASE.

This section is not present in all the release notes pages, and variously empty
and filled in in others. I looked at all pages since 12.0:

- Absent: 13.1, 13.2, 13.3
- Empty: 12.0, 13.0, 14.0, 14.1
- (Probably) complete: 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, 13.4

There are plenty of sources for these advisories elsewhere on the website, but
that very duplication opens the door to inconsistency. I think the entire
content of this section should be replaced with a link to the respective errata
page.

At the same time, that page should be linked from the fourth paragraph of the
relnotes introduction boilerplate as well.
