I'm surprised all of this is done without an issue dedicated to tracking the
linux_base-c7 removal. For example, I can't move games/linux-steam-utils to 
linux_base-rl9 without i386 libs and that requirement is essentially invisible
to other people. There might be a few minor issues here and there with other
ports as well.
