Hi,

the links to security advisories and erratas are broken in non-english locates.
Example:
At the german site
    https://www.freebsd.org/de/security/notices/
the links point to the translated URL
   https://www.freebsd.org/de/security/advisories/FreeBSD-EN-24:04.ip.asc
but there is no translated errata. The link on the translated page should point
to the english version instead
    https://www.freebsd.org/security/advisories/FreeBSD-EN-24:04.ip.asc
