Add zfs case instructions as a NOTE

I ran into trouble following the documentation at the patched section 26.6.3.
Updating the Source. The patch might not be in a state yet fully possible to
merge, but I hope it might be far gone enough to receive feedback or to have a
discussion around.

Me knowingly, I didn't explicitly request `/usr/src` to be on its own dataset.
So I guess it is the default, or at least a very easy operation, when
installing FreeBSD 14.0. Thus it would make sense to mention update the
handbook accordingly. I did not dig any deeper into when creation of a dataset
might have happened.

In my patch, I made a NOTE. I don't know whether it would made more sense to
fully replace the existing instructions, but assume that's unwanted for at
least a few releases.

One might wish to better incorporate the different flows into each other,
rather than having a separate note. As can probably be seen from both the patch
and the language of this bug report, writing doesn't always come fully natural
to me. So I'm filing an issue earlier rather than later, hoping for assistance
with phrasing things.
