After committing

a fellow developer made me aware that the commit message should contain an
approval by portmgr@.

While reading
https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/committers-guide/#ports-exp-run and
searching for exp-run on the single HTML it is never explicitly stated that
this is a requirement.

Request: Please update documentation that the differential review needs
approval from portmgr@ before being pushed to main.
