The mail archive for the second week in Jan 2023 (2023-01-16) is empty. All
mailing lists have a zero size, e.g.

find /home/mail/archive/ -name '20230116.*' | wc -l
     189


I was able to recover emails from

Wed Jan 11 07:14:48 2023

to

Sun Jan 15 09:00:15 2023

However, I could not recover emails from 09:00 to 21:00 UTC.
