How man page looks now

There seems to be some serious problem with https://man.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi
- it displays just the beginning of a document as a wall of text with all
formatting removed.

Tested on 2 machines (laptop, desktop), 2 browsers (Chrome, Firefox), 2
networks, with all plugins disabled.

Attachment is the current appearance of ng_ether page.
