At this moment, maybe more accurate to say:

– or is 14.0-ALPHA3 technically _also_ 14-STABLE?

In any case: optimistically, I don't imagine an ALPHA4, and I guess that by the
time this patch is committed, the patch content will be true. Or true enough.
