During the fifteen years (ahem) since your patch was offered (thank you), we
have the change of path; the migration to AsciiDoctor; plus I can't guess how
many other changes in, or involving, the chapter. 

zeising@ I'll leave it for you to decide whether to rewrite, or close, in the
context of FreeBSD Handbook revamp tracking bug 263315 …
