Digital Ocean

Digital Ocean has discontinued support for FreeBSD so remove it from Vendors.
Additionally there was press releases from Digital Ocean mentioning support for
FreeBSD which is also no longer valid.

- Remove trailing whitespaces
- Remove trailing blank lines
