* produces                  SEE_ALSO   with an inappropriate underscore. 

Following the link to OPTIONS takes the reader _away_ from OPTIONS, to

Instead, it should refer to: 

<https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=freebsd-update&sektion=8&manpath=FreeBSD#OPTIONS>

The same type of problem with clicks on all other section headings.
