With <https://gitlab.com/FreeBSD/freebsd-ports/> not mirrored since Friday
2022-07-15 1:48 PM GMT +0100, and <https://gitlab.com/FreeBSD/freebsd-doc/> and
<https://gitlab.com/FreeBSD/freebsd-src/> outdated by nearly two days, I
wondered: 

* who, or which team (if any), maintains mirroring to GitLab. 

<https://www.freebsd.org/administration/> we have 'Git Administrators' and
'GitHub Repository Mirror', but nothing for GitLab. 

If a person or team for mirroring to GitLab can be identified, let's add the ID
to the page. Thanks.
