You can generate the INDEX-13 ports file yourself:

git clone --depth=1  https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports
cd freebsd-ports
export PORTSDIR=$PWD
make index
Generating INDEX-13 - please wait..--- describe.accessibility ---
[ ... ]

looking at the firefox line I see python27/py27. I have no idea why. Please
check the make script which generates the INDEX file. Thank You!
