Thanks Graham.

I don't think the lines should be wrapped in the rendered version of the
report, but they should be in the mail version and I have already been reported
that they are not.

Changing the bugged lines to nested bullet points might fix the issue indeed,
but I think the author's intention was to provide a list of small paragraphs
with titles, without nesting bullet points.

Maybe we could change the existing bullet points into headers and write normal
paragraphs under it. Does it sound good?
