Second paragraph, the first link refers to part of an article that is
explicitly _legacy_:

Can we find an alternative that's not legacy?


Third of three paragraphs: 

* I doubt that 12.1 (twelve) is the latest RELEASE from 13-STABLE (thirteen)

* update, to no longer mention (or link to) end-of-life 11.3.
