[Bug 256020] Press section is not being updated for zh-cn, zh-tw

In the homepage, zh-cn and zh-tw seems to still present the translated articles
from 2006-07 for the press section, and I think it is better to display
up-to-date English ones, like ja and fr. de also seem to have a similar but
different problem for the press section.
