Abstract <https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/#preamble> leads readers
to <https://download.freebsd.org/ftp/doc/en/books/handbook/>, where, for
example: 

* the FreeBSD Handbook is significantly outdated 
  (revision 0d4371e5cc, 2021-01-18). 

misc/freebsd-doc-en installs a much more recent edition (2021-08-14 at the time
of writing). 

Please: 

1. consider including <https://www.freshports.org/misc/freebsd-doc-en/> amongst
the links in the abstract of the Handbook

2. update content in the download.freebsd.org area
