I'm closing this as the port has been updated to 4.13.0, well past the 4.10.0
update where jhale planned to address the ATLAS/OPENBLAS dependency issues. The
maintainer acknowledged the problem and was already working on restructuring
these options. If the ATLAS knob is still broken at the current version, please
file a new bug.
