Enabling LCD_RENDERING seemingly did nothing (using default). Now there is only 1. LCD_RENDERING option, and enabling it results in FT_CONFIG_OPTION_SUBPIXEL_RENDERING being set. So, compared to the previous version, the LCD_RENDERING changed its meaning= .
