Possibly because of the latest commit, I now get errors when building
ImageMagick7-nox11 with poudriere...

If I set the HEIF option AND have FFMPEG option set in libheif, the result is:

I guess a nox11 flavor of libheif that would then also pull in ffmpeg-nox11
instead of ffmpeg would fix this?
