ImageMagick7-static

Hi, Desktop team,

I'm a huge fan of the statically-linked ImageMagick packages that some
other platforms supply, where there's essentially no runtime dependencies;
even in a minimal state, ImageMagick carries LOTS of dependencies.

I'd like to make that an option for us. That said, it's pretty heavily
divergent from how the ImageMagick7 port is constructed today.

Conceptually, would you rather see that as a patch for
graphics/ImageMagick7 that adds a static FLAVOR, or should I build it as a
separate port?

One benefit of the latter is that there's no further maintenance burden on
desktop@, unless you'd like to own it.
