Request for Custom Mirror Support for Regions with Poor Network Connectivity

In regions like mainland China where network connectivity can be
unreliable, it would be very helpful if the pkgbase project could
support a custom mirror option. Ideally, this feature would allow
users to specify a mirror before installing software, improving
installation reliability and speed.

The implementation could follow the current logic used for network
boot (boot-only) mirrors. This would greatly enhance usability for
users in regions with limited access to default mirrors.
