   Im  running   15-stable   on  this  computer.   and  also  this 
morning installed  a pkgbase  15.0-Alpha5  on  second  machine,
   So  no   its not  discoverable.
  using  latest  repository
    Could be  that  local  package repository mirror  does not have a  
copy  of  it.  ........
