Hello,

I'm putting XDG_RUNTIME_DIR in the manual and am interested in wordsmithing suggestions. The end result of having it in the manual is that users can `apropos Ev=XDG_RUNTIME_DIR`.

Inb4 "add it to dot.profile or have it setup automatically", documenting it is completely orthagonal to potential mechanical improvements and this thread is not to discuss that.
