"** Detected a package name change: glib-bootstrap (devel/glib20) -> 'glib'
(devel/glib20)"

Seems like the tool you are using can't handle flavors correctly, so you should
reconsider using it. As written in UPDATING a dependency cycle upstream between
glib and gobject-introspection make the 'bootstrap' flavors nessesary, to break
the cycle. Maybe first manually installing devel/glib20@bootstrap and
devel/gobject-introspection@bootstrap via the tool you are using helps it,
overcoming its limitation, but that would just be a workaround and I have no
idea if it would work (or maybe completely break that tool as to packages for a
origin are installed (which is completely fine with flavors))
