    graphics/gdk-pixbuf-extra: add default-disabled loaders

    With the new port, remove OTHERS from graphics/gdk-pixbuf2, and add
    corresponding helper to USES=gnome. Ports using the affected loaders
    should declare USE_GNOME=gdkpixbufextra.
