rebuilding devel/py-dbus allowed me to then build devel/py-qt[56]-pyqt
successfully again. i was getting breakage 98% the way thru the build

devel/py-dbus might be worth the bump. i'm no python expert but iirc this
wouldnt be the first time a python binding broke regardless of SemVer
suggesting it ought to go smoothly
