If Gnome 47 isn't supported until the end of 2025Q3 support, we need to move to
Gnome 48 *NOW* before 2025Q3 branches.

Also, such large changes should be *fully* test-built in poudriere before being
committed; truckman fixed a bit of fallout, and I'll fix accerciser in a
moment.
