I manually installed wx-config as /usr/local/bin/wxgtk3u-3.3-config instead of
/usr/local//lib/wx/config/gtk3-unicode-3.3. 

With this change, math/saga is able to find version 3.3 of wxWidgets. I built
and installed math/saga with 3.3 and it seems to run as expected  \o/

So we should find a way (similar to what happens in
x11-toolkits/wxgtk32/files/patch-Makefile) to install wx-config in this way...
