I don't think this should go in. Like I said in other PR this implementation is
unsound and does not pass glib's own test suite. The kqueue-inotify code path
passes all the tests, is accepted upstream and fixed problems to me compared to
an old kqueue-based implementation. Rather than adding another implementation
of yours, I think it is better to polish the inotify-kqueue one.

Maybe gnome@ people would like to look into problems you mentioned, adding them
to CC.
