We do this either for all ports that have an rc.d script or none. I lean to the
latter, because it is a common knowledge that services and daemons should be
manually enabled for autostart via /etc/rc.conf. So this needs a wide
discussion and maybe an acceptance from portmgr@

Speaking of dbus, it is even mentioned in Handbook in the X11 section.
