Well, this PR only affects me. I will close it now.

I succesfully compiled this port (and rspamd) using a fresh poudriere jail from
14.3-RELEASE. Thus, it has to do with "leftovers" from my recent excursion to
15-CURRENT.

I followed your suggestions but failed to compile this port afterwards.

Thus I do have to make a decision whether to 1) move to 15-CURRENT again and
stay there forever or 2) restart with a clean 15-STABLE in a couple of weeks.

My system has seen a lot of updates in the past 20+ years. Thus I do tend to go
for 2)
