If librsvg is required by another GTK component, like theme engine, then such
component can add librsvg as a dependency by itself. So everything will work as
it should.

By default it tries build and install librsvg2-rust, which adds lang/rust with
it's all extra dependencies, like devel/llvm. It's a way too much for non used
functionality.
