To workaround I've temporarily disabled global testport (PORTTESTING et al.),
built devel/glib20 then enabled it again. Obviously, QAT is automatic and won't
know how to deal with such a bustage. 

UPDATING@20250402 didn't mention such a manual intervention would be required.
