    Mk/Uses/meson.mk: pass --localstatedir like GNU_CONFIGURE after
9f4546a03cc0

    Meson defaults to --localstatedir=/var/local if --prefix=/usr/local
    but this is not valid for ports/ or FreeBSD hier(7).
