Well I found the problem: After reinstalling glib (via the port in
devel/glib20) and so upgrading it from glib-2.74.3_1,2 to glib-2.76.3,2 the
build passes now.

I did not change any configuration option.

Maybe a minimum version dependency incorrect in this gobject-introspection?
