I have two files iconv.h :

-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  8484 May 21 13:49 /usr/include/sys/iconv.h
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel  4397 May 21 13:49 /usr/include/iconv.h

So fairly different, could it be that the build takes the wrong one?
