I intentionally made it so that it defaults to false. The commented line in the
config file reflects the default, the other line with the description of the
option describes what happens when the option is turned on.

I do not want to change the default location of .xsession-errors for all users.

Such a decision is beyond the scope of the single lightdm port. Changing the
default location of the .xession-errors file should be discussed on the mailing
lists and a consensus be reached there for the change to be applied to all
interested ports.

I'm not even sure how upstream will react to this change, anyway I'm going to
publish PRs on github for these changes later today or tomorrow with upstream.
