You are right, the 13.1 do not have T1 chip, it was released in same time as T1.

That exactly the one i didn't test. 

I will go get a 13.1 with functional battery this afternoon and then i will stress test it.

Landing of Apple S3x is postponed until we understand why it hang. I might land just the MFC'd.
