also were the config issues resolved?

backroomer also mailed something directly to me but i never responded, eh

when i started with 4.6, i had some local irc channel and a fbsd handbook to help me i recall

my original install is still around, i didn't blow it, apart from rm -fr / which got /bin and i had to restore from tape
