drm-66-kmod build fail during main-n290014-7a48c3fd3e6e -> main-n290042-9f0432041b8f

On laptops, I have (e.g.):
g1-119(16.0-C)[3] grep '^PORT' /etc/src.conf
PORTS_MODULES+=graphics/drm-66-kmod
PORTS_MODULES+=graphics/gpu-firmware-amd-kmod
PORTS_MODULES+=graphics/gpu-firmware-intel-kmod
so those kmods get rebuilt whenever the kernel is rebuilt (nominally,
daily).
This is normally routine (aka, "boring"); today, it was not:

That was the first failure I found in the build typescript; things ...
did not improve after that. :-}
The machines were running (e.g.):
g1-119(16.0-C)[4] uname -a
FreeBSD g1-119.catwhisker.org 16.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 16.0-CURRENT #51 main-n290014-7a48c3fd3e6e: Sat Oct 10 10:58:16 UTC 2026 root@g1-119.catwhisker.org:/common/S4/obj/usr/src/amd64.amd64/sys/CANARY amd64
and I had updated sources to main-n290042-9f0432041b8f; the ports tree
is at main-n770945-8a12a317c944 and all installed ports are up-to-date.
I did not see a problem when I updated the machines from
stable/15-n285944-179dfe41bcfe to stable/15-n285972-63e5c83e8db3
earlier today (which also updated the same kmods, but in a stable/15
environment).
Peace,
david
