NFS over RDMA testing

Thanks to Vinicius Ferrao <ferrao@versatushpc.com.br>, sponsored by
Versatus HPC, there is now a kernel loadable module that provides
NFS over RDMA support for the NFS server.

I have also created a loadable module that provides NFS client side
support for RDMA.

To test you will need a couple of systems with Mellanox ConnectX4->6
NICs running a kernel built from up to date FreeBSD main sources.
(The "glue" that supports these modules should be in stable/15 in a
few weeks.)
