Hello all,

I am pushing some USB 3.1 and 3.2-related changes to CURRENT. Note that
these changes break the userspace ABI, so I am not planning to MFC any
of them.

These changes have been greenlighted by @bz and have been under review
for about a year, so I have decided to move them forward. This message
is just a heads-up.

If you encounter any USB breakage after today's changes that did not
occur before, feel free to report it publicly.

The easiest way to test this is with |usbconfig|. You should see your
USB 3.1-capable hubs, devices, and controllers reporting the correct
speed. For example, both of my Framework 13 machines (Intel and AMD) now
show |spd=SUPER+|(>=10 Gbps) in the output of the USB controller.

I also appreciate the Foundation's support in making this possible. I
plan to push more USB 3.1 and 3.2 patches next month. There are still a
few missing pieces, but I have decided to get the core infrastructure
(xHCI, hub, and descriptor parser) merged first.
