Amdahl UTS? I used that somewhere in the 1983-85 (thereabouts?) timeframe. I believe it was v6/v7 and later System V.

The time of operators running “dump” seems to be long gone. There are finer grained was of achieving the end result now, and the risk of allowing a partition table to be destroyed as an unintended consequence of having a residual semi-privileged group is a problem.
