Hello,

after upgrading today to
FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT #1 master-n278000-e4988ba172a8: Mon Jun 16 19:25:44 CEST 2025 amd64

loading module "linux.ko" fails:

# kldload linux
kldload: an error occurred while loading module linux. Please check dmesg(8) for more details.

dmesg
[...]
link_elf_obj: symbol elf32_register_note undefined
linker_load_file: /boot/kernel/linux.ko - unsupported file type

The real funny part is, that linux64.ko and linux_common.ko are loaded as expected:
# kldstat
Id Refs Address Size Name
 1 23 0xffffffff80200000 1d35670 kernel
 3 1 0xffffffff82820000 2e478 linux64.ko
 4 3 0xffffffff8284f000 d038 linux_common.ko
 5 1 0xffffffff8285d000 3390 acpi_wmi.ko
 6 1 0xffffffff82861000 73c0 linprocfs.ko
 7 1 0xffffffff82869000 440c linsysfs.ko

WITH_KRB5=yes in /etc/src.conf

Kind regards and thanks in advance,
oh
