That isn't my point, which is about policy.  See also Kyle's last reply.

This specific "problem" was addressed by point 2.  Thus, it should have been obvious that point 1. wasn't about that use case.

Did you bother carefully reading and understanding what I wrote, as well as the mails I referred to, before replying?
