BRT copying feature

I installed the latest 14.2 Beta and i noticed that on the root pool the 
BRT copying feature is enabled on the pool.
I know i need to set vfs.zfs.bclone_enabled=1 to really make us of it. 
But i do not want this on my root pool but i do want to use it on my 
storage pool.
I can not disable this feature on the root pool as it is a feature that 
can only be set at creation time.

Is there a way to use this feature only on selected pools?
