Hello!
After installing CDE:
# edit /etc/rc.conf
dtlogin_enable="YES"
or
# edit /etc/rc.local
/usr/local/dt/bin/dtlogin -nodaemon

# edit /usr/local/etc/X11/Xwrapper.config
allowed_users=anybody

# shutdown -r now

There's nothing else you need to do
