Did clang 14 lose some intrinsics support?

Did we lose support for SSSE3 and AVX2 intrinsics on amd64 with
clang 14?

I don't have access to an up-to-date -CURRENT box.  Can somebody
run the script at the end and report the output?  Those checks are
found in the wild, I extracted them from the audio/flac port.
