bootstrap loader crashes, BTX halted

I just installed the latest current on a gpt zfs system and it crashes early
with (manually transferred from photo taken):

Consoles: internal video/keyboard
BIOS drive C: is disk0
BIOS 634kB/3090148kB available memory

Is that related to recent loader crash reports?
How can I recover?
